Hoffa’s Silver Cafe
If the name rings a bell that’s because Clyde and Mamie Hoffa were related to Jimmy, the former head of the Teamsters Union.
Clyde and Mamie opened Hoffa’s Silver Cafe about 1930 after the couple moved to Indianapolis from Brazil Indiana. The local General Motors plant kept them busy for the next 50 years.
